I’ve been working with entrepreneurs for a long time. And what I realized is…
Most of them are struggling with the same thing: They’re all trying to do it all. Or, as I put it, they’re trying to “milk themselves."
See, when you’re a creative entrepreneur, you’re the “cow” that’s making the milk. Meaning, you’re coming up with ideas, money, and the strategies.
But because making the milk is so natural and effortless to you… and it doesn’t feel like work...
You’re also trying to milk yourself. And then pasteurize the milk. And package it… and take it to market… and make the cheese and all the other derivatives that come out of it… and do the billing... and cleaning up around the shop and farm… and so on.
Here’s the problem. You're trying to do all of these things without realizing that the most important thing is actually making the milk.

Everything else happens because of the milk.
Which means, the pasteurization, the packaging, the cheese, and everything else... can be done by “farmers.” That’s people who love to be in support roles. Who love managing projects, and executing checklists… without having to come up with the milk.
And the sooner you realize that, the more success you’ll have. Because here’s the thing...
Not everyone is you.
Making milk comes easy to you. But most people just want to know what they need to do and feel like they’re contributing to the bigger picture.
So don’t take your milk for granted. Don’t feel like you shouldn’t be doing only that because it’s “too easy.” And because it doesn’t feel like work.
That’s a limiting belief you need to overcome.
And the sooner you do it, the sooner you can take your business to the next level.
