The greatest thing about business is… there are only a limited number of challenges we all face when going from “zero to hero”.
Yes, it’s true, there are almost as many different types of businesses as there are people. And even if you’re in the same industry as somebody else, you may be offering a different type of service. Or selling a different type of product.
But here’s the thing…
When you start breaking things down… And zooming in on the problems you’re dealing with when you’re trying to make your business bigger, better, and ultimately self-sustaining…
You’ll notice we’re all in the same exact situation. One of the biggest challenges is always how to get more people coming in.
And that means:

Identifying the people we’re going to serve and want to be in a relationship with.

Understanding how big is that market.

Figuring out how do we get in front of them so we can get them to pay attention and start a relationship.
That’s true if you’re a plumber, a dentist, a financial adviser…or even if you’re a lactation consultant….
That’s why I’m such a big advocate for the Eight Profit Activators. It’s a universal framework. It applies to every business. Even to yours.

Because it’s always the same. If you want to increase the number of people coming through your door…
You have to, first, narrow your focus and select a single target market. Second, you have to compel your best prospects to raise their hand. Third, you have to educate and motivate them to start working with you… and fourth…
You have to, first, narrow your focus and select a single target market.
You have to start making irresistible offers.
And this doesn’t change ever…
