Just saw this on the Dashboard Light...and I didn't want you to miss it;
Connecting and Bonding...I remember from Orlando last March that they seemed to be dirty words (the weak point) for most of our group.
In a conversation with the Mr Duncan yesterday, I was telling john that his words in Orlando had stuck with me. "First in their email, first in their voice mail, and first in their mail box" Now that I've changed offices and hired a full time office manager, Lora is Priority Mailing a large package of info to our newly registered MW and Loan prospects the very same day, as well as leaving a voice mail and an email thanking them for visiting our site and telling them to watch for the package.
The priority envelope contains the newest listings in their specified range, a PAN note, a Price Guide, a 24 page report on "8 ways to save thousands when buying", the home buyer's college report, a map, and maybe a couple coupons downloaded from Lowes Realtor Benefits site. The flat rate to priority mail is $4.05.
The first week really implemented this, about 3 weeks ago, I had a personal call from 3 states away with a man saying, "You have a great website and your follow up is tremendous. I just received this very extensive package and I haven't read it yet, but figured I owed you a courtesy call the thank you for such wonderful material!"
Several days later we received this email from a man relocating here from FL. He had just received the 0 down message from GR after signing.
Thanks for the inf., however I should be able to pay cash but I will make note & keep this in folder.
Bill I really want to thank you for the resent Priority Mail Package you sent me. It does have lot's of helpful inf,
Note*:
I've been in touch with SEVERAL* Realty Co's & NONE! took the time to do this! It is appreciated** & I'm looking forward to working with you & thank
you for helping find the property I will buy. Wayne Tharp
Does it get much better than this? I can see huge payoffs in the near future since this is now being done consistently EVERYTIME. Thank you SO much to Dean and John for that exchange at the academy!

Who is kicking himself for being such a slow learner.
