Have you ever thought about what it would be like if you just decided to "skim the cream" with your MarketWatch leads?
Now it seems odd for me to be even suggesting this, since I'm so into OPTIMIZING...but for some people it might just make sense.
What if you made a decision that you were not going to mess with MarketWatch...and you were only going to work with people who are going to buy a home in the next 60 days?
You make the intial contact (or hire a virtual assistant)...and determine whether they are a 5-star prospect or not...AND whether they are going to buy a home in the next 60 days.
If they're ready to go...you go all out and work with them like your life depended on it.
If they're NOT ready to move in the next 60-days...you either set them up on MarketWatch-O-Matic and forget about them unless THEY call you -- Or you hand the lead over to someone else who might be more than happy to follow up with them until they buy.
This strategy might work for you if you would be happy with a smaller return on your advertising investment without the hassle of managing a long-term follow-up plan.
Just thinking out loud...
Maybe some of you are already doing that.
How's it working?
