I just went through a very interesting exercise for Marketing Monday this week.
It's amazing to me how many people have websites that are completely focused on THEM.
I'm not kidding when I say that 90% or more of the 220+ websites were all about the person who submitted them.
"Welcome to MY website" etc.
And even the ones that had a customer oriented URL were a let-down once you got there.
