Tuesday, I finally finished a Blog for Marketing Your Listings Online --
I personally think it's helpful... and here's why...
Denise Carlson generously allowed me to use her newest listing as the source for my videos.
The thing we just did this afternoon was send a broadcast to her getresponse account. Remember, these people have all come into her MoneyMakingWebsite (www.LivingInLafayette.com) because they're looking to buy a home there.
So, the broadcast went like this...**Subject: [firstname] are you interested in a 4-bedroom home?
Body: Hi [firstname],
Are you interested in a lovely 4 bedroom home on 1/2+ acres in Lafayette?
