The most powerful words I've discoverd for getting a great response to your broadcasts is to send a message that says

subject: Jesse, can you make it to this?

*Hi Jesse,

I'm having a first time homebuyer class next week on Tuesday.

Do you think you could make it?

Let me know...and I'll email you all the details.
