Just had dinner with Ken Buck and his new wife Erin, and Jan Cotten last night in Palm Springs.
We were talking about MarketWatch and lead follow up, and buyer agents.
The funny thing is how you really could have a completely delegated system that works without you.
There are people in our group right now who have an automation, or delegation strategy for EVERY element of the system.
Getting the leads is mostly automated and everyone has that in place.
Connecting with leads can be handled by someone else. There are lots of people who have delegated that to virtual assistants, in house lead managers, buyer agents...etc.
Bonding can be COMPLETELY delegated. This is the one thing I KNEW I could not be counted on to do when I started MarketWatch in my own business. So I created the system for "the way I wanted MarketWatch done"...and delegated out the whole thing, so it would happen whether I was busy or not.
Meeting and working with buyers can be done by buyers agents, or showing agents, or YOU.
I wonder how long it will take till someone puts all the pieces together and delegates EVERY element of it?
