I'm really excited about this year...it's going to be awesome!
I hope you made some New Year's Resolutions...and set some Goals for yourself for the year.
Here's a few suggested resolutions that will make you more money this year:
1. Get MORE visitors to your website.
Make this the year where you finally get around to doing all the things you've been thinking about doing offline and online to get more visitors.
My suggestion would be to pick a day (Monday) to make a decision on the one thing you're going to do this week to get more visitors to your site. It could be to call the Chamber of Commerce and find out about the moving inquiry list. It could be to test a classified ad in the local paper.
Whatever it is...making the decision to get more visitors is like making the decision to give yourself a pay raise every week.
**2. CONNECT with more leads (quicker)

Make the decision to do whatever it takes to start the process of connecting with your leads sooner, and follow through all the way until you've completed the 7-Step Connection Process.
Don't delay. Don't give up.
**3. BOND with your 5-Star Prospects.
**
Once you find a 5-Star Prospect, don't settle for the "easiest" most efficient way to deliver MarketWatch.
Insist on the "BEST" and most compelling way to deliver MarketWatch, so you tip the scale of reciprocity in your favor and you end up helping way more people buy homes.
**4. Know Your NUMBERS
**
This is the year to finally get a grasp on those numbers.
How much does it cost you for a lead?
How many leads are you connecting with out of 10?
How many of your leads are you able to help find a house? Get the BEST mortgage?
How much does a transaction cost you? Your Vending Machine Number?
The more you know...the better choices you'll make.
