Whenever I have a conversation with somebody about their business, the one thing that I’m looking for is always the same...

What’s the underlying business model?

Because here’s the thing…

There are as many different businesses out there as there are people. But when you look closer at each of those ventures, how they operate and make money... you realize there are really only a handful of different business models.

For example…

You may run a fitness center, a yoga practice, a restaurant or even a golf studio. On the surface, these are all very different situations.

However, look at their core, at how they operate... and you'll notice they’re very similar to a hotel business. Which means, whenever you have available spots at your facility and they’re not taken, they perish. Just like a hotel room... or a seat on an airplane... or a table in a restaurant.

Every slot that goes unused is a loss.

In fact, any kind of business that has the opportunity for a full capacity, is similar to a hotel business.

And to take it to its full potential, you have to start thinking…

How high is high?

In other words, if your business was full all the time, what would it look like?

And when you start thinking like that, your challenges and opportunities become similar to those of a hotel business: Maximizing your potential.

The best way to do it?

Referrals.

Think about it. If you already have people coming to your golf studio, or gym or whatever… and you’re not at your full capacity yet…

Orchestrating referrals is the cheapest Profit Activator for you to implement.

Because you don’t have to spend any extra money on ads. All you do is give your regular customers say, three golden tickets they can give to their friends to come for a free session.

This way, without spending any extra money, you get as many people as possible to experience your During Unit at least once…

And the ones who really like what they experienced will stay.
