One of my favorite examples of personalitization and a simple idea really paid off big today for Daily Candy founder Dany Levy.
She sold the company to Comcast for $125,000,000 dollars. (It looks like a lot of money when you actually put all those zeros in there.)

When I first talked about her (around 2001), she had 33,000 subscribers. Today she has 2.5 million.
