I’m a big fan of processes.
In fact, everything I do in my business is based on them.
This way, instead of working IN the business, I’m free to work ON the business because I’m not directly involved with anything.
The way I see it, a process is an asset to your business. You can buy execution, but what drives that execution is the process you have in place.
In other words, you can hire as many people as you want. But if you don’t have a recipe they can follow, you won’t be able to get them up to speed and deliver results quickly.
But here’s another great thing about processes…
