When it comes to lead conversion… I’ve realized... the whole process is about one thing and one thing only…
We, the business owners, are constantly in the pursuit of now.
And what I mean by that is…
The only two time-frames that really matter in lead conversion are:
Now…
And not now.
You see, whenever somebody finally converts and makes the step forward towards working with you… they convert right now. They never convert in the future...
In other words, you’re never going to be in a situation where your prospect first reads a sequence of 5 emails from you… and then bam! On day six… because of the 5 emails that came before… they’re ready for whatever offer you’re going to make them. Even if it may seem that way…
But here’s the thing…
Those sequence emails, when they work, they do so for an entirely different reason…
It’s simply because one of the emails just happens to be in your prospect’s inbox at the right time. When your prospect was ready. Which is now.
That’s why I want to stay in touch with my prospects as often as I can...
That’s why I want to be in their inboxes on as many NOWs as I can…
And that’s why I never send a single email out without my Super Signature at the bottom...
I want to remind my prospects, every single time, that… “PS. Whenever you’re ready, here’s three ways I can help you right now…"
Just in case it’s NOW for them.
And if it is, I don’t want to miss the opportunity to help them.
Look at it this way…
Your Super Signature is like a safety net, one of those “break in case of emergency” signs. You never know when an emergency breaks out. But in case it does, those signs tell you what to do…
And that takes the pressure off of it. Your prospects know you're not trying to convince them. Because all you do is you’re just letting them know…
