The Chamber Of Commerce List!
I disovered this about 12 years ago when I was developing the "Guide To Halton Hills" system.
In every town I've checked, the Chamber of Commerce compiles a list of people who inquire about moving to town.
Typically they send this inquirer a big package of stuff -- and you can get included in that package, but I don't recommend it.
What I like to do is get the list of everyone who has inquired about moving here, and send them this postcard, or send out this ad as a postcard.
In Winter Haven, that list works out to be about 150 people a month, and they'll give it to you on labels if you'd like, or on a floppy disk.
It costs about $120 for the year to get this list.
I have always found it to be a very responsive list of people who plan far enough ahead to call the Chamber of Commerce!
So, call the chamber today and ask about their moving inquiry list.
Then, either use one of your tracking URL's to see how it works, or check your MarketWatch Leads against the list to see how many leads you're getting!
