If you have the ability to save searches on your MLS to a page where people can go and visit them, you may be able to do MarketWatch like this...
Some of you may have met Jennifer Elmslie at the Internet Academy in September.
She is carrying on the original system I developed for the *Guide To Halton Hills *in 1992.
12 years later, the same concept still works, and is a great supplement to her LivingInGeorgetown.com website.
Here's a sample of the MarketWatch Email jennifer sends out to 5-star prospects every other wednesday:
*Hi Dean!
I hope you had a wonderful Easter weekend! It is beautiful sunny day here in Halton Hills today!
The market is very brisk as we move into the spring months. There are 11 new listings in this update.
42 Webster Way is a honey of a home. I cannot believe that it hasn't sold! It is a bright well laid out home just over 2000 sq ft. It has a combo living/dining room, main floor family room, the basement is almost finished (it needs a drop ceiling installed), and backs onto a wooded area. It shows really well! Asking $330,000.00.
288 MacDonald Blvd in Acton is a custom built bungalow with a one and a half car garage. It is wheel chair accessible and is built along those guidelines for the handicapped. It is a really special house! Available for $369,900.00
Most of the listings that are available are located in Georgetown South. 53 Donaghedy looks absolutely gorgeous, with a new kitchen.
Please take a look!
