Ken Montville discovered 3 ½ years ago that the key to having a successful website is to have a follow up system in place, that's when he decided to implement a Money Making Website into his business.

By spending $300-$400 a month on Google Ken attracts a good mix of prospects. Typically within that month about 20 people will ask for either MarketWatch or HomeLoan.

At first, Ken treats everyone as if they are 5 star prospects and by keeping a tight list of no more than 20 people on Marketwatch at one time he's able to keep track of every 5 star prospect.
