I can't believe how fast the summer wet by...but it's back to school time now, and time to focus on the BIG THREE skills that will make you the most money before Christmas.
Skill #1: Connecting with MORE prospects.
If you're lackadaisical about connecting with people who respond from your website, it's costing you money.
The MORE people you connect with...the more Five Star Prospects you'll find...and the more MONEY you'll make.
It's a pretty simple equation.
What are you doing to make sure you're connecting with as many of your leads as possible?
I still can't find anything better than a rubber stamp and a two pocket folder to make this easy to do throughout the day.
Ramp it up. Why can't you connect with 70% or more of your prospects?

So much of your success is riding on people actually LIKING you.
If your conversations are like a subscription order taker filling out a form with check boxes and verifying addresses, you're losing money.

People like to work with people they LIKE.
Don't limit your conversation to filling in the blanks on the MarketWatch or Home Loan Report forms, get them talking about their move, and find out what's REALLY important to them.
Your goal for these conversations is to find out if they're Five Star Prospects...AND to become their FRIEND in Winter Haven.

It's no coincidence the MAILERS have a better conversion rate than the EMAILERS.
Of course it's easier to email.
Of course it's less expensive to email.
Of course it takes less time to email.
Of course...you'll make less money.
