ps -- What is your time frame for moving?
Here's a good comment I just pulled off the Dashboard Light from Doug MacDonald -- for those who are hesitant to commit to a mailer...
*Mailing is important as Dean has said many times before. For me it connects the "virtual" world with the real world and allows me to include all sorts of extras in the mailed package like: hand written notes highlighting a certain property or trends, PANS, articles of relevance to the prospect etc. The mailings bring me closer to the prospect in a way not achievable thru email alone.
Basically IF someone qualifies as a 5 star prospect ( and thanks to everyone who has helped me clarify this on previous posts) and I do not have their address, I ask them if I can send a welcome package which is chock full of helpful buyer information that can save them thousands. I tell them " it is sitting on my desk and all I have to do is put a stamp on it and drop it in the mail....where shall I send it? Let me know..." (thanks again to the person who I swiped this line from!)
This works virtually every time and no one has ever complained about getting emails and the regular US mail MW. In fact, people thank me for the postal mailings. The regular mailings allow me to bond deeper.*
