There are certain things you CAN control...and certain things you CAN'T control.
You CAN'T control how many 5-Star prospects there are in a group of 100 leads...but you CAN control how many of them you use the ENTIRE 7-step connection process with to find out.
You CAN"T control how many of those 5-Star prospects are going to actually buy a home...but you CAN control how consistently (and impressively) you deliver MarketWatch.
You CAN"T control where people are going to buy...but you CAN control where you're willing to show homes.
You CAN'T control when people are going to buy...but you CAN control how often you're in contact with them until they do.
