Just a quck note to let you know I made it to Monterey.
I was listening to Gerry Spences new book on CD on the way down...and I'm crockpotting some really cool ideas for us.
Keep watching the Dashboard and I'll post them up as they.
Gerry Spence is the guy who wrote "How To Argue and Win Every Time" -- one of the most influential books I've ever read -- so when I found this one, I was very excited.
It's not letting me down.
The more I read, and the more I think about what the key elements for being successful with your website...the more I realize it's totally about the communication we have with people after they ask for something.
It really does come down to "presenting a case" for why someone should work with you over any other choice they have.
Conversion. Conversion. Conversion.
Which really boils down to communication skills, and your ability to connect and bond.
Lets focus the rest of the year on getting conversion systems in place for a HUGE increase in conversion next year.
