Okay, well, this is my modification of one of John's Ugly Yellow Signs...
I've finally got these publisher files loaded, so that you can use the templates, he has 2 basic files. Download SimpleTemplate.pub and the Download VisitourWebsiteTemplate.pub
You will probably want to go to dafonts.com and pick up the font he used...

What happens, is a zip file is downloaded. Extract the files and put them onto your desktop. THEN, go to My Computer, Windows, Fonts -- and drag and drop the files into that folder. It will then install them.
Now, go to your Publisher and edit as needed. Then, Save AS jpg -- make SURE you us 96dpi when saving. (It'll have a popup box).
Next step -- go to www.CraigsList.com
Find the appropriate area for you and select it.
POST TO CLASSIFIEDS (top left),
choose either Housing Offered or Housing Wanted (whichever is appropriate)
real estate for sale
then narrow your down to your market.
Eventually you'll get to a form that looks like this...
Simply fill it out!
