The book talks about the fact that the mind can only hold a few things at one time, and it shortcuts the process by categorizing things.
One thing for each category.
Laundry detergent: Tide
Toothpaste: crest
Ketchup: Heinz
Real Estate: YOU!
at least that's what you want.
