Next, President Obama is about to sign the new stimulus
package with an $8000 tax credit for first time buyers that
never has to be paid back.
This will be a great thing for First Time Buyers...and I'm
already working away on a new lead generation system for
first time homebuyers.
I'll keep you posted as our test results come in.
Speaking of test results...the Bank Owned project I've been
working on is beating even my own expectations. I'm amazed
at how responsive the buyers are...and they want to buy NOW.
It's just more proof that there is ALWAYS some part of the
market that is very profitable.
I remember when I was playing tennis in college, our coach
would always say "Every shot makes SOMEONE happy..."
Because if it's IN...you're happy.
If it's OUT...your opponent is happy.
The key of course is to take the UMPIRE'S perspective...and
not get emotional about it either way. It's either IN or OUT.
Changing markets are a lot like that. If people aren't buying
the higher end homes...what IS moving? Where is the market
active?
