If you think you’d like to organize an event, a retreat, or a workshop of any kind, but you have no idea if there’s enough demand for it…
Here’s a nice way to find out without spending a dime on marketing.
The only thing you need is a list of people who might be interested in working with you.(And it doesn’t even have to be a huge list.)
Here’s how I do it for my Breakthrough Blueprint events.
You can use the same idea for your own tests.
When I first had the idea for my Breakthrough Blueprint events I had no clue if people would want it.
I sent out a test email to my list that said:
Hi ,
I'm doing a small group three-day mastermind in Orlando next month to go deep in applying the 8 Profit Activators to your business.
Would you like to join us?"

I sent that message out, and…I got all these responses saying, "Oh, that sounds great. Tell me more. When is it? How much is it? What's the situation?"
It felt great!
Now I knew I was onto something.
I sent another message explaining what we were going to do, the whole environment, that it’s just 10 to 12 people… and then added at the end, "It's $5,000 and it would be great if you could come. Just let me know if you're in."
I sent that out and people came back saying, "I'm in.” “Yes! Where do I sign up?”
It felt so easy and effortless... I didn’t have to “sell” anything to anyone.
With two short emails I sold out the event. No ads, no sales pages… none of that stuff!
I did that first event and it was awesome. Then, I did another one in Toronto.
Fast forward four years later, I'm doing nine or 10 of these events a year.
All driven by the same process.
All with the EXACT SAME EMAIL (!)
And get this...You don’t risk a thing to send out that first email.
If nobody replies? No harm done, you don’t have to do anything.
This is as close as it gets to a “fail proof” way of doing things.
Over to you now.
If you do have a workshop/event/mastermind inside you just waiting to happen, this is what you do:
First, set a date when you want it to happen.
Just throw your hat over the fence. Pick a date 6 weeks from now.
Second, send out a message to your list that says,
“Hi Name, I'm getting together with a small group to do a weekend of ..." (However you would describe what it is.)
After that… sit back, relax and observe people responding.
If nobody replies? Nothing’s lost. All it means is…you don’t have to do anything and you didn’t waste any money finding that out.
If it works...you’ve just added an amazing new profit-center to your business.
