We recently launched our podcast service called Dial Talk Done.

It’s the same model that drives my More Cheese Less Whisker podcast. And the whole premise of it is, you dial in, you talk, and you’re done.

Now, the reason I’m telling you this…

I discovered that my unique ability is creating insights, connecting the dots, and finding scale-ready algorithms. That’s my “milk”.

And I also discovered that the best way to create insights is live, in conversation with people. So I designed everything I do, my whole business, around that: Talking to people.

And you know what? As soon as I did that, my total time investment in my business to run everything fell down to just 417 hours (18 days) a year. Because all I do now is talk. Everything else is being taken care of by somebody else…

For example…

The content for all my emails is driven by More Cheese Less Whiskers podcast.

Those emails are then sent out three times a week, and they all carry an invitation for whatever is timely and topical: “I’m starting a new Email Mastery group…” or, “I’m doing a mastermind…” And after that, there's the Super Signature that says, “Whenever you’re ready here’s four ways I can help you.”

In other words, every time my emails go out, they stimulate all the activity necessary for my business to run…

The mastermind events get filled. Email Mastery program gets filled. Even my More Cheese, Less Whiskers podcast gets filled this way.

But all I do is talk for one hour every week. And here’s the thing…

The moment I decided to design my business around what I do best and what I enjoy most, I suddenly gained so much time. I calculated I now have 1000 investable hours I can use for collaborative relationships to create bigger outcomes…

Without ever going outside my unique ability.

All this to say…

Treat your time as your capital. And only invest your hours where they can grow into big, meaningful outcomes.

However, in order to gain those investable hours, you first need to find out what your unique ability is…

And then, design your business around that.
