We often discuss society's migration from the "mainland" into "cloudlandia." You can see it happening in every aspect of your day-to-day life, but the most visible is in the entrepreneurial world. Have you noticed the increasing number of people who want to start an online business these days?

The mainland isn't going away anytime soon, and there are still big business opportunities in the physical world. Take the commercial cleaning business. Many buildings and windows require weekly cleaning, parking lots need to be re-striped annually, and are pressure-washed monthly. This means that a business like a cleaning service is tied to a real geographic location, and it can only exist in the physical world.

However, the competition for mainland businesses is decreasing.

And you know why?

Simply because fewer people want to go out and meet prospects face to face. See, people got used to being very social online, on social media and not having to deal with strangers in real life. It's more comfortable to send a cold email to somebody than to make a cold phone call, let alone walk into a restaurant in person and pitch your window cleaning service to the owner.

And that's exactly where your biggest opportunity lies, Because when you know how to 'close' a cold prospect in person, you know exactly what to say and do to get that client. It means you've got a sales system that works. In other words, you've got the algorithm for the in-person conversion that gets results.

So now, you can take that algorithm, those words, and turn them into a conversation happening over email in the cloud and license it out to other businesses in your niche that don't like talking to prospects on the mainland.
