Chuck was faithfully mailing the Marketwatch every 2 weeks and found that he was falling short in the bonding process because he didn't have an internet based system. He found that people would get the Marketwatch, then go to a public site to search for homes, and would end up contacting the listing agent.
So he created MiltonMarketwatch.com as "a SECRET website that no one knows about" it's a members only site -- where you can access up-to-date information.
He prefers to keep this a "members only" site out of respect for the good 5-Star prospects. He tells his 5-star prospects about it, and only them. (and us, of course)
The bonding business including this BLOG has doubled the conversion rate of people coming into the showing process.
