My husband and I have been married for about 2.5 years and we're finally ready to start our

own family, so when we recently purchased I was considering schools for our future babies.

Realtors are not allowed to comment on good schools/areas vs. the bad, we are to recommend that you

check each schools statistics to determine if they meet your criteria.

Having said that, there is nothing that stops me from sharing "my" personal experience with you ;)

Not sure how old your kids are, but my stepson and daughter live in Navarre and the 12 year old

daughter going into 7th Grade openly admits that she doesn't like her school because the kids

curse alot in the school and on the bus and she says nobody does anything about it, the youngest

boy has no complains about his school

So when we were looking at schools, we heard alot of good things about the schools in Pace.

We bought our home in Pace and if you're not familiar on where that is, its just north of Pensacola.

Pensacola is still quite small, so to get from Pace to Pensacola Beach takes all of 15 minutes.

Everything is very close here. Pace gave us the most bang for our buck. We bought a 4 BR home in a

gated golf course community with an inground pool, 2500 sq ft,backing onto the woods with just over 1/2 an acre

for $365,000. We would have been able to get the same bang out in Navarre but we didn't like the fact that Navarred

has not been developed and I'm a shopping gal if you know what I mean.

Pace was close to shopping centres and supermarkets.

The Market Watch reports that we send out include all of the areas I've mentioned so that you can get familiar with

homes and prices in various areas, that way when the time comes to move here, you'll have a good idea of which

areas interests you the most

We sort the reporst by price range in thousands, please let us know which corresponding report you would like

I have been studying Pace and thought it might be good. We come down to Pensacola Beach every summer, so I am a little familiar with how small it is. I have no real timetable for this move. I have always lived in KC and I hate the weather. I worked for the city of Kansas City and had to live there within the limits.

We are having a bad time selling our house because there is new construction still in the area.MLS# 1230212. If we can get it sold, I would come down for a while and see if it is something we would like. I am more adventurous that my husband. He would come later.

I have a business that I could move or open a new one there. Any ideas on an area for renting office/retail space?
