Here's a few ideas you can use with the chamber of commerce:
If they offer you an ad in their publications...use one of the display ads in the Academy Library.
Same thing if they offer you a flier.
The inquiry list should have their physical MAILING address, and I would send them the Chamber of Commerce postcard in the Academy Library, or a postcard version of the Half-Page display ad.
Jan's email reminded me that sometimes they allow you to put a brochure in the big rack of info they have in the lobby.
When I was running the Guide To Halton Hills system, I had a specific 1/3 page postcard that would fit perfectly in one of those slots.
I'm going to format something like that for Jan, and I'll put it up on the Dashboard for everyone.
If they just have email addresses, I'd send them a short email...something like this:
Subject: Winter Haven Real Estate Info...
Hi Dean,
Just a quick note to let you know you can search
over 2100 homes for sale in Winter Haven at...
www.LivingInWinterHaven.com
PLUS there's info on how to buy a home in Winter Haven with zero downpayment...
