Jan Burton just sent me an email about her experience calling the Chamber of Commerce in Gilbert Ariizona.
Here's what she says:
Hi Dean
I took your suggestion and called the Chamber of Commerce. They all have a list of people wanting to relocate to the Phoenix area and are willing to give it to you if you become a member.
Gilbert has been announced as one of the top places to move to so I joined the Gilbert chamber of Commerce.
They have a lot to offer:

They work for the members not the city.

Free 1/8" ad they say is valued at $800. Needs to be done by Dec 10th.

I paid to include a flyer stuffed in the newsletter that goes out to 900 members. I have the months of January, March, and July.

A box in the Chamber of commerce lobby for people checking out the area

Can you suggest what I should use for the 1/8" ad, 3 different flyers, and a
tri-fold flyer for the lobby?
The monthly lists only have email addresses - no phone number. Do you have
a suggestion of an email to send to them?
