April is a great time to stop and take a look at your progress so far.
In most areas of the country, we're moving in to the busiest time of the year for home buyers. The snow is starting to melt, and everyone has home buying on their mind.
One of the best tools I've ever used is an ongoing "Top 10 List" of the prospects who are MOST likely to buy a home next.
I would keep that list close at all times. It includes their name, phone number, what they're looking for, the price range...and I would also keep a tally of how much money that would mean for ME if they bought a home.
It was a great perspective builder for me to see a potential $50,000 or so on that Top 10 List.
If you don't have a list like that...try it out for the next 90 days.
If you don't have 10 people who could buy a home at any time...start checking in with your MarketWatch list. That's where you'll find them!
