**1. ****I was wondering about search terms for our YouTube videos. ** What would you suggest?

Depends on what the video is about.

For a listing I'd include the address, neighborhood, bellevue real estate, bellevue home for sale, bellevue listing, bellevue home video tour, your name, your company name, anything distinctive that would describe the home -- "million dollar ocean front condo"

For marketwatch intro video, "marketwatch", updates of homes in wherever, get free listings, search wherever homes, wherever real estate, wherever property updates

The other thing I might do... is check the most frequently searched keywords in your google adwords account, and include the most relevant terms.

2. Will you outline the 12 things so that I don't have to go re-read all my notes?

**3. Can you go over what happens exactly in get response **when you have had your website for 1 year -- it appears that they names roll off to inactive subscribers.

This is true. After 365 days, we are no longer "actively" pursuing prospects with automatic messages. So, they automatically roll into the inactive list. So you can still Broadcast to them, but you have to consciously choose to do so.

I'd also like to understand how others have set up their own campaigns in get response to manage mw subscribers or folks they want to pull out of the drip email.

*There are a couple of options. You can use a second campaign in getresponse as your "8th step" we call this Marketwatch-o-matic. It has the marketwatch letters preloaded, along with some other "response-stimulating" messages. *

*If you've actually gotten in touch with people and decided they ARE a 5-star. You'll want to include them in your TopProducer/Agent2000/Outlook or whatever database that you use for follow-up and create a specific program for them, so that it is systematized (not necessarily automatic). *
