InfoBox Fliers!
I believe that dollar for dollar, nothing is more powerful than a flier in the hands of a person who's interested enough in a particular house to drive by, slow down, stop the car, get out and walk to the InfoBox to take a flier.
Now, not everyone who takes a flier is going to be that person. There'll be some lookie-loos, some nosy neighbors, and some teenage hooligans -- but we can probably safely assume that half the people that take a flier are a pretty good prospect.
We know they're probably not going to buy THAT house, but there's a pretty good chance they'll buy another one.
This is where you want to start thinking a little outside the box.
