What a snowy day! Just when we thought things were warming up.....oh well, at least the skiing will be good!
The market seems to be chugging along. Many new listings in the higher price ranges seem to be coming on, but there are only 8 new listings in this update for you.
In the Kingsmill area there are 3 listings on the market. Two Chartwell models which are 3 level townhomes, and one Barberry model which one of the smaller units with a basement. Each of these units have single car garages, and back patio areas.
There seems to be a lot of activity at 108 Sinclair Avenue. There are 3 units for sale currently. These are older condominium townhouses, all 3 bedrooms, conventional layout, a couple of them are updated quite nicely!
Only one freehold detached house in this price range on the market this update. 17 Sarah Street is located near the Go station and is a 2 bedroom, smaller home. It's on a 94 x 100 ft lot and is for sale for $194,900.00.
